I need to exchange a ring, came in the wrong size. Do I just send it back to DNL or do I need a return number?
Nope! Just fill out the top part of the DNL Jewelry Action Form along with the sizing section. I've included the form's URL below, so you can print out a copy. If you lose it, you can find it again under the "Returns, Exchanges, etc" section of our Customer Service tab. Place the form along with your ring in a securely wrapped package and send it to:
