Phone Problems
If you’ve tried calling our Customer Care Center recently, you may have heard something a bit like this:
“Diamondnexuslabsourphonesarehavingprob—!”
That would be our Customer Service Representatives desperately trying to tell you that our phones are having technical difficulties in the three seconds before your call inexplicably cuts off. We’re doing everything we can to get this fixed, (Ed in our technical department is going absolutely crazy,) and we hope the phones will be back up and functioning normally as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to taking your calls again as soon as we get this resolved.
