If you’ve tried calling our Customer Care Center recently, you may have heard something a bit like this:

“Diamondnexuslabsourphonesarehavingprob—!”

That would be our Customer Service Representatives desperately trying to tell you that our phones are having technical difficulties in the three seconds before your call inexplicably cuts off. We’re doing everything we can to get this fixed, (Ed in our technical department is going absolutely crazy,) and we hope the phones will be back up and functioning normally as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to taking your calls again as soon as we get this resolved.

The summer solstice has arrived, and so has our new webpage! In honor of
the occasion, a little gratuitous Shakespeare:

Only we haven't spent much time sleeping on pressed flowers.or anything
else, for that matter. We've been hard at work preparing our new website
design, and we're so excited that it's almost finished and ready to show to
you! A lot of your old favorites are still intact: our easy-to-locate
navigation bar, our information and education pages, and of course our
world-famous, designer inspired jewelry designs. We've improved
accessibility for several sections that used to be a bit difficult to find,
like the Nexus Design Studio, where you can learn more about the process of
creating your own custom jewelry and see the results and comments of other
customers. We've also updated our colors, graphics, and layout, for a more
pleasing aesthetic and greater ease in reading. (That old white-on-black
format seemed like a good idea at the time, but it made our eyes cross after
awhile.) We hope you take a moment to look around and enjoy, and maybe even
